Biografia
Ambra Lo Faro, in arte Mafy, è nata il 23 Aprile del 1991 e vive con i suoi genitori a Piacenza, dove ha frequentato il Liceo Scientifico. Figlia di musicisti, ha iniziato a cantare in pubblico fin da piccola, continuando poi con gli studi di violino e pianoforte presso il conservatorio della sua città, che frequenta tuttora. L'amore per la recitazione è arrivata dopo, all'età di 9 anni, con i programmi televisivi per ragazzi su Mediaset e diversi spot pubblicitari. Da diverso tempo invece è una delle attrici più gettonate della serie televisiva "Quelli dell'intervallo" in onda su Disney Channel, che le ha dato tantissima popolarità. Nel frattempo Mafy ha coronato un’altro suo sogno, firmando un contratto discografico con EMI-Virgin e aprendo il tour italiano nell'estate 2007 del cantante statunitense Jesse McCartney, il suo grande idolo. Il suo primo album, "Un giorno speciale", prodotto da due tra i più importanti produttori italiani, Stefano Fontana (Stylophonic) e Roberto Baldi (Paola & Chiara) è uscito nel Febbraio 2007, seguito da "Grazie a te", il primo singolo estratto dall'album, e da "Gente inizia lo show!" realizzato esclusivamente nel Maggio 2008 per i suoi fan!! Nel 2009 Mafy interpreta la Sigla italiana del "Mondo di Patty" e nell'inverno 2009-2010 veste i panni di Giusy in occasione del Tour Italiano del "Musical più bello".
